Best defined as\u00a0Cosmopolitan Kurdesque<\/em>,\u00a0Adir Jan<\/strong> is a melting pot of Western Asian sounds and rhythms, eclectically combined with traditional, progressive pop,rock and psychedelic harmonies. Described by the Tagesspiegel<\/em> as a \u201cbridge-builder bard,\u201d the Berlin-based singer-songwriter unfolds, through playful arrangements, complex rhythms, and multilayered melodies, a distinctive sound world that oscillates between sorrow and ecstasy, disappointment and desire, longing and resistance.<\/p>\n
